It now surfaces that another unannounced, uninvited person was at the white house party on November 24th of last year. It seems officials discovered that a third person made it through security without being caught as well. The Secret Service said the man...whom they would not identify...did not get close to the president or the first lady. Officials discovered that the third person made it through security without an invitation and was a U.S. citizen and was with a group of Indian business leaders before the state dinner, according to a State Department official who spoke on condition of anonymity because the official was not authorized to speak publicly about the investigation. The Indian Embassy asked the State Department to transport the group to the White House dinner, according to the official, adding that it's rare for the agency to provide these services to delegations visiting the United States in a nonofficial capacity. Seems Tareq and Michaele Salahi along with this third guy were definitely "not what it seemed"!!
The suicide bomber who killed eight people inside a CIA base in Afghanistan claimed to have information about Osama bin Laden's second-in-command, and was being recruited as a double agent to infiltrate al-Qaida, a former senior U.S. intelligence official and a foreign government official confirmed Monday. Instead of having the intentions to infiltrate al-Qaida, he infiltrated our CIA base and annihilated it. The bombing killed seven CIA employees - four officers and three contracted security guards - and a Jordanian intelligence officer, Ali bin Zaid, according to a second former U.S. intelligence official. The officials spoke on condition of anonymity because they were not authorized to discuss the incident. This is another case of "Not what it seems"!!
President Barack Obama has selected Amanda Simpson as a senior technical adviser to the Department of Commerce, making her....him....er...Aaah, whatever or however one refers to such a person, the first transgender appointment of his administration. Believe me; I have nothing against her (I guess), but this person may not be what they seem! Upon reflection of the last twelve months, I came upon the conclusion that very little that happens, surrounding President Obama, is ever what it seems...........
As far as this appointment, let it be known that I do not have a problem with this persons change of sexuality....hell...he had (or at least once had) the balls to admit to the world that he was born a girl, trapped in a boy's body and had the guts and determination to overcome hate, ridicule and oppression to get where she had to be, to make her world right. Perhaps this will be the person of the most honesty and integrity for the post appointed....Hell, maybe this will be the most honest person in the Whitehouse, period!
And it appears that is EXACTLY WHAT IT SEEMS.
